I live at the intersection of AI and Leadership.
I build production AI systems, and I develop leaders, more than 7,400 of them worldwide. When a leader asks what AI genuinely changes about how they lead, decide and allocate capacity, I answer from experience on both fronts. I have built the thing, and I have coached the people.
